Proxidelice – B2B E-commerce for Sustainable Food
Proxidelice is a key partner for collective catering, specializing in organic and sustainable food (BIO & SIQO). They had a website with a very complex structure and poor UX. They needed a complete overhaul to simplify their message and, most importantly, a private B2B area where prices are only visible to registered professional clients. 🍏🥦
Client Objectives:
- UX Transformation: Simplify a chaotic site with too many pages into a clear, professional, and intuitive experience. ✨
- B2B Strategy: Hide product pricing from the general public and require a customer account for professional access. 🔐
- EGAlim Compliance: Highlight their expertise in helping clients meet French sustainability laws (EGAlim). ⚖️
- Educational Approach: Raise awareness about healthy, local, and organic food for future generations. 🌍
What I Did:
- UX Audit & Information Architecture: I restructured the entire site map, merging dozens of redundant pages into a streamlined 360° navigation focused on the user’s needs. 🔍
- Interactive Prototyping: I designed a Figma prototype to test the new flow, ensuring that information about sustainability and products was easy to find. 🎨
- Custom WooCommerce B2B Build: I independently developed the site using WordPress and WooCommerce, implementing a specific « Login to see prices » functionality for B2B clients. ⚙️
- Wholesale Features: I set up a robust account creation and validation system, allowing Proxidelice to manage their professional client base securely. 🛒
- Responsive & Clean Design: Created a modern, fresh, and « nature-inspired » interface that reflects their commitment to organic and local agriculture. 🌿
